About experienced business coach Annemarie Schermerhorn

Entrepreneurship started for me in the year 2000 with wonderful companies in the Netherlands, later in China, and now in Spain.

During the Corona crisis, I retrained in the Netherlands as a business coach and consultant, and since 2022, I have also been the proud owner of the hotel Finca las Calmas in Spain, where we live.

My specialization as a coach is helping female entrepreneurs get out of the rat race and shift the focus from always wanting to grow to focusing on letting grow what you already have. Choosing quality instead of quantity and doing business from within instead of the other way around.

Why? I have made the choice to step out of that rat race of growth and experience what real growth means. Result: more time, money and freedom. I apply the tools that you will receive every day in my own entrepreneurship.
